The company, Maxonrow, says successful contestants will apply blockchain solutions to five specific challenges, all geared at innovating responses to COVID-19 and future pandemics.

The event will start on Sept. 5 and run till Oct. 3.

The challenges will involve contact tracing, issuing health and vaccine certifications, welfare, social networking and data analytics, according to an announcement.
